Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FiatSync (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FiatSync is a Telegram bot that helps users link European bank accounts to Bitcoin wallets using Bringin's BringinLink infrastructure. FiatSync is not an exchange, wallet provider, or financial institution.

3. Eligibility

To use FiatSync, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid Bringin account with completed KYC
  • Have access to a European bank account that supports SEPA transfers
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Non-Custodial Nature

FiatSync is non-custodial. We never hold, control, or have access to your EUR or BTC funds. All transactions are processed through Bringin's licensed infrastructure. You are solely responsible for securing your Bitcoin wallet and private keys.

5. Bringin Dependency

FiatSync operates on top of Bringin's API and infrastructure. You are also subject to Bringin's terms of service and fee schedule. FiatSync is not affiliated with Bringin and does not guarantee the availability or performance of Bringin's services.

6. Fees

FiatSync is currently free during the POC (Proof of Concept) phase. Bringin's conversion fees apply to all transactions. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

FiatSync is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: failed transactions, incorrect Bitcoin addresses, Bringin service outages, or fluctuations in Bitcoin price.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use FiatSync for:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Circumventing KYC or AML requirements
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
