FiatSync (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates a Telegram bot that connects European bank accounts to Bitcoin wallets via the Bringin API. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

  • Your Telegram user ID
  • Your Bringin account credentials (passed directly to Bringin API, not stored by us)
  • Your Bitcoin wallet address
  • SEPA IBAN generated through Bringin

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to facilitate the connection between your bank account and Bitcoin wallet through Bringin's infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide the service (i.e., Bringin API).

4. Data Storage and Security

FiatSync is non-custodial. We do not hold your EUR or BTC at any time. Your Bringin credentials are passed directly to the Bringin API and are not stored on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect any data we do process.

5. Third-Party Services

FiatSync relies on the following third-party services:

  • Bringin — Licensed European crypto-fiat infrastructure provider. Subject to their own privacy policy.
  • Telegram — Messaging platform used for the bot interface. Subject to Telegram's privacy policy.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable European data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us via our Telegram bot.
